12)Camedo – Piazzoi – Pian del Barch - Palagnedra (5 Ore)
Ascending from Camedo’s customs post along the trail once used by the border guards and eventually following a part of the road you’ll reach Pian del Barch with a beautiful view. Continuation with possibility to visit the “fornace” (furnace) of Capolo, where lime was produced at ancient times. A little further there is the “Insubric Line”, a very interesting geological site due to the presence of rare minerals deep down inside the Earth. Continuation of itinerary to Pian Sciresa and arrival at Palagnedra.
